Movement Coaching

I help people train with high quality movement, to feel strong and confident in their bodies, and carry this with them from the gym to their sport and to daily life. My approach stands on body awareness and intentional practice. From a foundation of helping you connect with you, we build in principles of innate human movement, strength & resistance training, interval training, and requirements of your specific sport or movement goals. Each person's movement patterns and physical sensations illuminate what to focus on for that individual to feel their best and perform in the direction of their goals. For the women: depending on your phase of life, your training will align with each phase of your menstrual cycle or be specific for adaptations post-menopause. You can trust that your hormones will be supported in the work we do.

Nutrition Coaching

Education | Cycle-Based Training & Nutrition | Cycle Support

These appointments are independent of my work in the gym and can be offered remotely. Menstrual appointments can cover a range from education about the cycle and its phases, to helping you have a more pleasant period with less PMS, to guiding you through training and eating to support your female hormones. Nutrition and menstrual health go hand-in-hand, but one may be more prominent than the other in our sessions, depending on your needs. In nutrition sessions, we go through your day-to-day nutrition and make adjustments that support your training and performance, a healthier cycle, and feeling good. When it comes to food, the timing of eating can be just as essential as what you’re fueling with, especially for performance and training adaptations. There is a vast range of topics we can get into in these coaching sessions, and I’m excited to explore the journey with you.


All coaching sessions are 60 minutes, unless otherwise discussed. Customized client packages and session-by-session packages available.
